    • For new graduates, we run a 'New Graduate Mentoring Programme' which helps them transition from a uni clinic to a private practice.

    • At least two in-clinic mentors dedicated to your personal and professional development with one-on-one weekly case management training.
    • The structured mentorship program and consistent weekly clinical workshops in a collaborative team environment
    • Online training modules allow you to learn new techniques and skills and revisit old ones.
    • The leadership training program is designed for interested team members for a future in clinic management.
    • Fair pay rates expected OTE year one £60,000-£70,000 based on average pay across new associates with uncapped bonuses.
    • Shifts no longer than 5 - 6 hours.

    What You'll Do Day to Day:

    • Listening, identifying wants/needs, speaking to their why, and determining goals and objections with value creation and unique serving propositions.
    • Use your clinical reasoning and judgement to set client expectations, communicate value and agree on a personalised care plan to provide long-term correction and reach the client's goals by taking them through the different phases of care.
    • Ensure that clients remain inspired and enthused about the prospect of chiropractic, enabling them to do what they love and committed to completing the care plan you suggest.
    • Retain clients through the delivery of core service and growing memberships by achieving client goals and setting new goals with high-quality results, care, connection, communication, and wow service.
    • Deliver high-quality, hands-on chiropractic care, understanding that the chiropractic adjustment is the cornerstone of our service with presence, connection and a consistent experience to every client who walks through our doors.
    • Build your local relationships and partnership referral sources, delight clients, and encourage referrals to support the development of your caseload.
    • Make personal appearances outside clinical working hours at community events to develop your caseload.
    • Ensure all Chiropractic procedures are followed, improved and implemented.
    • Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education from within the organization and external resources.
    • Recall missed appointments to keep them accountable for achieving their evolving goals.
    • Reconnect with clients who have dropped off care to see if we can do anything for them, and keep us top of mind.
    • Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Chiro on an ongoing basis to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow
    • Contribute to your team by collaborating on written, audio and video content for the website and across our social channels.
    • Cover your teammates when required.


    What Will You Bring?

    Must have:

    • Licensed Chiropractor or license eligible in the United Kingdom recognised by the GCC.
